These guys were awesome. I worked with Spencer and he totally knew his products, worked to find and order exactly what I wanted. Showroom seemed designed to exhibit all the options. He called and followed up and they are keeping the appliances until ready for installation. Helped with rebate info. Prices are competitive. Definitely where I will go in future for appliances and service.

From the moment we walked in the door looking for a new washer/dryer unit, we were treated great. The salesperson answered all our questions and showed us several options. Delivery was done on time with the installers being careful as they took the old appliances out and brought the new ones in. They carefully hooked both units up, made sure they were level, and then walked us through the various cycles and features of both units. The whole experience was great, and we will do business with them again.

I bought my first washer and dryer set from Craigville Appliance roughly 12 years ago. Have never had an issue with it till recently. Minor issue that could easily be fixed, but decided to get a new set. I know I easily got my moneys worth out of my previous set, and hope to do the same with my new set. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and took time to help me find the washer and dryer that would work best for my needs. It did not stop there, The delivery crew was very careful moving the appliances in and out of our house. They were also very patient and let me take time to clean, before installing the new set.
